Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product oversight Quality control Technical support Materials management Team collaboration Safety compliance Technical knowledge Maintain the relationship between design production and ensuring that furniture is manufactured efficiently to the highest quality standards within budget. Production Management Cost Management Safety and compliance Communication and collaboration Process & Quality Improvement Reporting & Escalation
Experience and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, joinery and manufacturing processes CAD Proficiency Furniture manufacturing experience
Skills:
Leadership Operational excellence Quality & Safety Analytics & Reporting Problem solving Attention to detail Organisational skills
