Job Description
?The Program Coordinator for Imam Business Funding is responsible for overseeing and managing a structured funding initiative designed to support Imams in launching and sustaining small businesses.
This role requires effective coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the program, promoting economic empowerment while maintaining alignment with the organization's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage business loan and funding programs tailored for underprivileged candidates.
Identify and support viable small business opportunities through mentorship and funding facilitation.
Engage with stakeholders, donors to build strategic partnerships.
Assess business plans and monitor funded projects to ensure sustainability and impact.
Prepare funding proposals, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Development Studies, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, SME support, or microfinance.
NGO Experience preferred.
Deep understanding of financial products, loan structuring, and risk management.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with underprivileged or marginalized communities.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
