Fund Accountant (immediately Available)

Job Description
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-driven individual with strong analytical skills and a solid background in fund accounting or financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process month-end journals for all fund-related transactions
- Oversee the creditors and debtors functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct monthly profit and loss analysis
- Reconcile funds between operational and financial systems
- Analyse and interpret fund-related transactions
- Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the finance department.
- Fully qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum of 2 years post-articles commercial experience, preferably within a large, fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of fund flows, reconciliations, and financial systems
- Immediately available and able to commit to the duration of the contract
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a team-player attitude
