to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations for our growing QSR business. The role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted supply, cost efficiency, and service excellence across all restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute logistics and distribution strategies aligned with business growth plans
Oversee transportation, and last-mile delivery
Understand and comply with licenses/permits/ authority approvals of all goods
Oversee all see, air and land transportation
Oversee transportation of Capex goods, consumable and trade goods
Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to outlets
Build and manage relationships with 3PLs, transporters, and key logistics partners
Drive KPIs, and performance dashboards to improve service levels and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Lead, mentor, and develop logistics team Collaborate closely with procurement, operations, finance, and expansion teams Support new store openings and network expansion with scalable logistics solutions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
10-15+ years of logistics/supply chain experience, with significant exposure to QSR, FMCG or food retail
Proven leadership experience managing multi-location logistics networks
Strong knowledge of cold chain, vendor management, and cost optimization
Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
