Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our busy veterinary practice and vet shop on a
full-time basis

Requirements:
Minimum of
1 year's customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer care abilities, with a friendly and professional manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliability, flexibility, and a genuine love for animalsKey Responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting clients in person and over the phone Booking and managing appointments Handling payments and maintaining accurate records Assisting with queries related to both the veterinary practice and the vet shop Supporting the veterinary team with administrative duties as needed
Ensuring the shop is well stocked, organised, and presents professionally
Maintaining sanitary work surfaces and a clean, welcoming environment at all times
