Full-Status Property Practitioner

Are you a motivated, client-focused professional with a passion for real estate? Our client is looking for talented individuals to join their team as Sales, Rental, and Commercial Agents!

Basic Requirements:

NQF 4 / PDE 4 Qualification, with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate. A minimum of 1 years experience in real estate sales, commercial, or rental sectors, accompanied by a recent proven sales track record. A reliable vehicle for commuting to client appointments. Laptop (running Windows 10 or higher) and a cell phone. Financial stability to support yourself for 3 to 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters. Conduct consultations to understand and meet clients' needs and preferences.

Property Transactions:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, ensuring smooth and professional transactions. Help sellers price and market properties effectively. Guide buyers in finding their ideal properties and organise viewings. Negotiate offers and terms between buyers and sellers.

Market Expertise:

Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and local regulations. Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities. Prepare engaging property listings with descriptions, photos, and virtual tours. Host show houses and create targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers or tenants.
