Zone Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, responsible and goal-driven individuals to fill our vacancies of a Receptionist/Front Desk Operator at our Milnerton club:
PERFORMANCE STATEMENT:
The Receptionist/Front Desk Operator must ensure that all members/non-members receive the best service possible and that all duties are performed to the best of her/his ability and according to the company's standard policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent At least 1 - 2 years of working experience as a receptionist would be an advantage. Strong customer service approach. Professional and well-groomed appearance. Ability to promote a healthy and fit company image. Ability to work under pressure. Friendly, clear and confident communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Good listening skills. Diplomacy in handling irate or difficult clients. Numeracy skills. Computer literacy
