Duties & Responsibilities
Source, list, and market residential properties in
Bellville and surrounding areas
Conduct professional property viewings and client consultations
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords
Negotiate offers and close successful deals
Keep accurate records of listings, enquiries, and transactions
Stay informed on
local property trends, legislation, and market conditions
Desired Experience & Qualification
Previous real estate experience (advantageous) with
NQF4 Real Estate Qualification
Valid driver's license
and own reliable vehicle and smart phone.
Laptop/PC and mobile phone essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, self-disciplined, and motivated attitude
Registered with the PPRA
(or willing to register)
