Mentorship and guidance of more junior team members.



Willing and able to travel internationally and work with international teams.



Develop new user-facing features with a focus on responsive design.



Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.



Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.



Willingness to take over 24/7 Operations Support according to schedule.



Understand the business requirements, prepare AS-IS, and TO-BE documents, and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design documents.



Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.



Execute the required changes through configuration.



Interact with consultants of other modules for Integration requirements.



Prepare test data and documentation, conduct Unit tests, Regression tests, System Integration security tests including recording of results and change management (transport) activities.



Prepare User manuals and conduct training to business process owners.



Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Qualifications/Experience:

Relevant IT / Business Degree or equivalent experience.



7+ years of experience in full stack development.



Proven experience with Java and Angular.

Essential Skills Requirements:

Profound knowledge and expert-level experience in Java and Angular and related technologies.



Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).



Experience with RESTful services and APIs.



Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub.



Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt, Gulp.js, and Angular CLI.

Technology Stack:

JAVA/Quarkus, JavaScript + JS UI frameworks (ReactJS / Angular, NodeJS), SQL (Postgres); Java and Angular is a must.



CI/CD (Github & Github actions).

Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS):

network, security groups, cross-account communication, ECS, Fargate, RDS, load balancers, Lambda, X-Ray, API Gateway.



Micro Services.

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

Knowledge in software engineering with a focus on Cloud architectures.

Machine Learning Experience



Test Driven Development



Automated Testing (Jasmine/Karma/Selenium/Cucumber/Wire Mock).



Build Tools (Maven/ Gradle/ Gulp/grunt/webpack).



Java Micro Profile (Jax-RS) (advantageous).



Typescript



REST / (OData / Graph QL) (advantageous).



Understanding ESB Integration Skill (IIB, Tibco, Oracle fusion, MQS, Messaging concepts).
