Job Description
Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer ready to lead and innovate? Join a global IT team delivering mission-critical software solutions and driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a DevOps Feature Team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust applications.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and adopt AI tools for efficiency.
- Ensure security, compliance, and system availability.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, .NET, C#.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience in database design, cloud architecture, and version control (GitHub).
- Excellent team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex integrations and represent industry best practices.
- Experience with DevOps tools, Docker/Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with React/Angular, CI/CD pipelines, and IT security best practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, BI tools, and API development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT.
- 10+ years building mission-critical systems.
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
