Role Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a related field (NQF 7 minimum, NQF 8 preferred).
Experience
- 810 years of managerial experience in retail or fuel operations (QSR or forecourt environment advantageous).
- Proven success in managing multi-functional retail operations with financial and compliance oversight.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance within the fuel and retail sectors.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience using in-house operational systems and site management tools.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills.
