Fruit Accountant Bellville
Job Description
Our client a packer, grower and exporter of citrus fruit and table grapes have an Accountant available at their office in Bellville.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications
3-5 years of experience in fruit accounting or bookkeeping
Advances knowledge of MS Excel
Relevant knowledge of computer systems (accounting and exports)
Strong administrations skills and attention to detail
Experience in consignment accounting, cost chains and intercoms
Responsibilities:
Setup and maintaining consignment accounts for their foreign operations
This include but not limited to:
Accumulating relevant consignment sales and cost information
Calculating final consignment results and instituting payment to suppliers of produce
Recording consignment transactions in the books of record
Financial reconciliations
