Job Description

The Front of House Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and a seamless guest experience. You will lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a professional and welcoming culture that reflects the restaurant's premium positioning.



Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, team development, performance management, guest relations, and driving sales through upselling and service excellence.



You will collaborate closely with management to achieve operational targets and maintain the restaurant's high-quality standards. Afrikaans language skills will be highly advantageous for this role.



We are seeking candidates who are service-driven, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Only stable, referenceable candidates will be considered.



Proven experience in a Front of House or Restaurant Management role



Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills



Energetic, personable, and service-focused



Understanding of financial targets, upselling, and operational efficiency



Afrikaans language skills advantageous
