We are looking for an experienced

Front of House Manager

to assist with our service team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise front of house staff Ensure excellent customer service at all times Handle reservations, seating, and guest queries Train, motivate, and discipline staff when required Maintain cleanliness, standards, and service flow Work closely with kitchen and management teams

Requirements:

Previous front of house or restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Well-presented and customer-focused Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Own transport or reliable transport. 5 years experience in a front of house manager position. Must be a South African citizen or have the correct legal documents to work in South Africa.
