Job Description
NoName Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our growing team within the Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town. This is an incredible opportunity with great starting salaries.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the FOH.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly resolving any issues.
- Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH).
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints in-store.
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the role at a reputable establishment.
- Energetic, professional and a passion for the industry is a must.
- Extensive F&B knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
