We're on the lookout for a polished and people-oriented Front of House Coordinator to join our collaborative and dynamic team at your new offices in Somerset West. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations while supporting showroom sales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a creative, hands-on environment where quality and service matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Front of House & Reception
Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
Manage incoming calls and emails; direct enquiries appropriately.
Keep reception and showroom tidy and presentable.
Represent our brand with care, confidence, and professionalism.
Showroom & Sales Support
Welcome and assist walk-in clients
Facilitate showroom sales and provide product information.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales.
Ensure the showroom is well-stocked and organised.
What we're looking for:
1-2 years experience in a client-facing or reception/ admin role.
Excellent verbal communication.
Confident using a point-of-sale system.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
