Purpose of the role:
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk area, providing excellent guest service, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk and the entire store.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent/administration competency
Previous experience in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a salon or spa setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and salon management software [Zenoti] is an advantage.
Knowledge of beauty industry products and services is an advantage.
Strong administrative skills.
Strong retail and upselling capability.
Able to work over weekends and public holidays .
Positions may be subject to additional duties as support to the Store or fellow citizens
Relevant Sorbet experience ( advantageous)
