LND GUEST HOUSE looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to fill a combined role as Front Desk Manager and Media Marketer, a highly motivated and organized person who can provide exceptional guest service while also effectively promoting our guest house through various media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Be the welcoming face of LND Guest House, ensuring a positive and efficient check-in and check-out experience for all guests. Manage reservations accurately and efficiently, utilizing our booking system. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Coordinate with housekeeping and other staff to ensure smooth operations and guest comfort. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. Possess strong knowledge of the local area to provide helpful information and recommendations to guests.

Media Marketing:

Develop and implement engaging content strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook). Create high-quality and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written posts, that showcases the guest house and its offerings. Manage and grow our online presence, interacting with followers and building a positive online community. Assist with maintaining and updating the guest house website. Explore opportunities for online advertising and promotions. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in front desk/reception, customer service, hospitality, and social media marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing outstanding guest service. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Creative and proactive with a good understanding of social media platforms and online marketing trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Comfortable with living on-site at the guest house.
