The Role
This short-term consulting role focuses on identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks across a handful of key client accounts -- primarily within Google Ads and Meta. You'll be brought in to audit underperforming accounts, diagnose what's holding back results, and provide actionable recommendations to help Volaro's team improve results and frameworks.
The goal is not to run campaigns day-to-day, but to bring an expert lens: spotting issues in targeting, funnel setup, messaging, creative testing, or attribution, and helping the internal team understand the "why" behind underperformance.
Key Responsibilities
Audit key accounts such as Riverside (whiskey and property investment) and Elite Realty Invest to identify issues in targeting, tracking, or funnel flow.
Review paid media performance (primarily Google Ads, with some Meta) and highlight actionable fixes.
Diagnose technical gaps in attribution, keyword setup, and audience segmentation.
Evaluate landing pages, conversion flow, and creative alignment with ICPs.
Provide structured feedback and training to Volaro's media buyers and performance leads.
Deliver a concise audit report and recommendations framework the team can implement internally.
The Person
Deep experience in lead generation for high-value or investment products (finance, property, or HNW services).
Strong technical understanding of Google Ads and Meta campaign optimisation.
Ability to review complex funnels -- including tracking, attribution, and CRM flow -- and quickly identify performance issues.
Competence in auditing ad account structure, keyword strategies, and funnel alignment.
Analytical mindset with ability to communicate findings clearly and practically to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable providing short-term, high-impact input rather than ongoing campaign management.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of long-cycle lead generation funnels (e.g. 3-6 month sales journeys).
Familiarity with retargeting, case study-based nurturing, and credibility-building ad frameworks.
