Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for Freelance Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators to nationally expand our Training and Development Department.
Essential Requirements:
- Post Matric Qualification in the related field.
- Facilitator, Assessor, and/or Moderator Certificate (Accredited by ETDP SETA).
- Services Seta accredited Assessor / Moderator
- Competency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
- Driverxe2x80x99s license and willingness to travel.
- Minimum of 3 years of training experience
- Organizational and people skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional etiquette and presentation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to host virtual and face-to-face training.
- To ensure that learners are trained, assessed, and certified as competent in the relevant Unit Standard by meeting the company standards and policies.
- Implement high-quality training methods that foster a positive learning environment, stimulate positive learning, and encourage development for the learner/delegate.
- Facilitate and implement training programs according to the learning materials provided inclusive of facilitator guides and lesson plans.
- Ensure learner/delegate understands and completes all required assessments.
- Undertake assessment, feedback, and course evaluations.
