? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Risk, Finance, Business, Law, or equivalent).
? Proven experience in fraud risk management, investigations, or financial crime prevention.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
? Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
? Experience in a high-volume consumer or financial services environment will be advantageous.
