Job Title: Franchise Store Manager - Puma Forecourt & OK Minimark (Bronkhorstbaai - Gauteng)
Introduction:
We are looking for a driven and reliable Franchise Store Manager to lead our Puma Forecourt & OK Minimark based in Bronkhorstbaai, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a Convenience Store/ Petrol Station. Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store and forecourt operations. Manage stock, cash-ups and supplier co-ordination. Lead and motivate a team of staff. Ensure top-notch customer service. Drive sales and maintain store standards. Identify and troubleshoot any on-site challenges that may arise.
Desired Experience:
Mandatory:
10 years+ of retail management experience.
Own vehicle and ability to work on weekends.
Proficiency in PoS software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred
:Forecourt/ Mini-supermarket experience.
Fluent in Afrikaans.
Remuneration
:R25 000 to R30 000 per month - depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R25000,00 - R30000,00 per month
