Position Overview

As the

Franchise Network Representative

, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting new franchisees to ensure their long-term success within the Company's franchise network. You will also maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees and assist in the introduction and promotion of new products to market. This role combines business development, operational setup, technical support, and relationship management to drive network performance and expansion.

Requirements

Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or technical sales (automotive or industrial sector preferred). Strong understanding of dealer operations and sales processes. Technical aptitude with the ability to train and support franchisees on site. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel regularly, with the capacity to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about growing a brand. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Valid driver's license and vehicle.
