Franchise Contracts Senior Administrator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage Service Level Agreements and other contractual/legal documents.
  • Oversee and process Supplier Onboarding requests, Supplier Credit Applications, Customer Vendor Forms, and Debtors Credit applications.
  • Liaise and coordinate with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional management across departments.
  • Provide legal advice and support on contractual and commercial matters.
  • Assist in risk management and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency in all processes.
Essential Requirements
  • LLB degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
  • At least 3 years of relevant legal experience (mandatory).
  • Admission as an attorney (junior level preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a corporate or administrative legal environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and credit management processes.
