Forklift Operator
Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our diaper manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the efficient handling of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout our facility. Key Responsibilities: Operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials and products. Safely transport raw materials to production areas and finished products to storage or dispatch zones. Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues. Follow inventory control procedures and assist in physical stock counts. Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse and production areas. Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating the forklift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas. Requirements: Valid forklift license (essential). 2+ years of experience in operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of health and safety procedures related to forklift operation and material handling. Ability to read and follow work instructions, labels, and manifests. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Team player with good communication skills.
