Job Summary Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
Valid Forklift Driver License (essential).
Proven experience (1-2 years) operating forklifts/pallet trucks in warehouse or logistics environments.
Ability to lift and move heavy loads (up to 25 kg or more) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic mechanical aptitude for routine maintenance of equipment.
Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload goods from incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Ensure all loads are secure and properly balanced before transportation.
Safely transport materials between storage, picking, packing and shipping areas.
Stack and organize products in assigned locations to optimize space and prevent damage.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including PPE, seatbelt use, speed limits, and maintaining clear aisles.
Perform routine forklift maintenance and report any faults or concerns promptly.
Support overall warehouse operations as required.
