Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving materials within our warehouse or production facility. The ideal candidate must have a valid forklift license and current experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities



Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers. Ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently. Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any faults. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. Assist with general warehouse duties when required. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.

Desired Experience & Qualification



Valid

Forklift License

issued by an accredited training provider. Minimum of

1-2 years' experience

operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting. Matric / Grade 12 certificate (advantageous but not always required). Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary. Attention to detail and good organisational skills. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: R57,95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
