Job Description
A Valid Forklift license - Mandatory
Two-year experience as a Forklift Driver
Physical Stamina:
Ability to handle strenuous tasks and long working hours.Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of machinery operation and basic repair skillsSafety Awareness:
Knowing safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE).Problem-solving
skills and an ability to work as part of a team are also highly valued.Communication:
Ability to communicate and read properly in English.Ensure daily pre-op checks are completed and issues reported immediately Put away of stock into locations identified Accurate picking and stacking of stock Loading of trucks Transport stock to warehouse Transport to overflow areas Transport product waste to waste area for disposal Adhere to company safety standards when operating a forklift Ensure that you have a valid forklift license at all times Complete relevant reports as requested Adhere to factory safety procedures and PPE requirements Perform all other duties as may be directed/instructed by the Line Manager or Supervisor Off-loading of raw materials and products
