Our client located in the North of Johannesburg is searching for a Forensic Auditor. They are a JSE listed company in the mining industry and are known for producing metals and have an international footprint, part of your duties is being able to identify risks and related control weaknesses in business processes arising from investigations. Duties:
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager and Group Head: Forensic Audit
- Gather, review, and analyse information in support of the investigation.
- Provide support to internal auditors on forensic information required from time to time.
- Conduct investigations in terms of the forensic methodology, legislation and required standards from inception to completion.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and internal security staff when necessary.
- Promote teamwork and achievement of set departmental objectives and goals.
- Prepare concise, accurate and constructive reports on investigations conducted.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- BCom Accounting / BCom LLB
- Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE)
- Completed Articles
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience forensic investigations are a MUST!
- Knowledge of criminal/ civil and disciplinary proceedings
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent report writing skills
