  • Manage and grow existing key retail accounts while actively identifying and securing new retail opportunities.
  • Present product ranges and manage seasonal assortments across various retail partners.
  • Work closely with product development and buying teams to align merchandise planning with market needs.
  • Monitor retail trends and performance metrics to adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Ensure budgets are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and retail meetings, both locally and internationally.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors, product positioning, and industry innovations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the footwear industry (preferably in merchandising or buying.
  • Proven track record of success with blue-chip retailers.
  • Strong sales ability with a sharp commercial eye.
  • Confident managing budgets, forecasting, and range planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development and seasonal buying calendars.
  • A relevant degree or diploma would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally (East and West) as required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
