Foods Department Manager
Job Description
A corporate retail store has a vacancy for a Foods Department Manager in Rustenburg.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Ensure delivery of consistent shopping experience.
Input all foods departmental activities against budgets and business plans.
Ensure sales are in line with the agreed budgets.
Maximise selling opportunities for foods instore via selling space.
Manage food sales plan.
Manage operational standards, shrinkage, waste amd stock accuracy.
Stock replenishment.
Manage hot foods standards.
2 - 3 year experience within a management role.
Strong understanding and knowledge of Foods Safety, Health and Stafety and FIFO.
Ability to manage, train and develop staff.
Performance managment.
Drive sales and turnover.
Stong customer service skills.
Clear criminal and credit record
