Job Summary ND/BTech./BSc.Food Sc/Biotech;MS Office; Prof English; Implementation FSSC 22 000/Global Food Safety Initiative; ISO 14 000; Auditing; 8-10 Years of exp in Food Safety/QC/SHE, of which at least 5 years in a mngt position in a (dry) food company. Must manage internal/external Labs/specs/sample analysis/QC/efficiency lab equip./record keeping/daily product review/assessment COA/ reporting/SPC/trends, implement/train/maintain/docs cntl/ internal/external audit/certification/ SQA/NCR/ complaints/liaise customers/ RCA/CAR/PAR/evaluation/CI/graphs/report writing/meetings/info sessions/measure each aspect of system against targets/Business Review for QMS/ISO 9000/FSMS/FSSC 22 000/ISO 22 002/GFSI/WCM/GHP /SHE/EMS/ISO 14 000/ legislation, liaise service providers/maintain customer relationship mngt(CRM). Report to GM FSMS and System Compliance Mngr. Drivers Lic. East Rand G0504.
