Job Summary REQUIREMENTS: Front Office and Cashiering experience an advantage Computer literacy a must, in Microsoft Office Fluent in English - verbal and written Display a high level of awareness Excellent appearance, mannerism and well groomed Customer orientation and professional charm and sophistication Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime SKILLS; EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Grade 12/ NQF Level 2 Food & Drink Service / Hotel School Diploma. Two to Three years' experience within F&B in a similar position. Highly organized, able to prioritise, work to demand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision of staff to ensure that the highest standards are maintained Knowledge and understanding of the principles of finance and the components involved in finance Control of operating equipment through correct handling, storage and regular stock counts, to minimise loss through waste, theft and breakages Maintain a high standard of customer relations and ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with immediately and effectively Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of procedures as directed by F&B Management Ensure that all items served are correctly billed Ability to provide skills training Knowledge of the disciplinary process Ensure that personal appearance of all staff is of the highest standard
