Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurant, tasting room, bar, and events

Ensure consistent adherence to service standards across the estate

Supervise and manage staff rosters, attendance, and daily briefings
/p
/li
li
p
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain a culture of service excellence
/p
/li
li
p
Monitor quality of food, beverages, and presentation standards
/p
/li
li
p
Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and oversee ordering and supplier relations
/p
/li
li
p
Collaborate with kitchen and events departments to ensure smooth coordination of functions and special events
/p

li
p
Monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards across all service areas
/p
/li
li
p
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
/p

p
Implement strategies to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction

p
Prepare and analyse financial reports including revenue forecasts, cost control, and budget planning

Support in menu design, promotions, and seasonal updates

Requirements:

Proven experience in a F&B management role within a hospitality or wine estate environment

Strong leadership and people management skills

In-depth understanding of food, wine, and beverage service standards

Good financial acumen and experience in budgeting and stock control

p
Ability to manage pressure and maintain service excellence during high-volume operations

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
