Key Duties & Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the lodge's Food & Beverage department

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 15 staff members

p
Handle F&B administration, stock control, and reporting
/p
/li
li
p
Deliver excellent service standards while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
/p
/li
li
p
Support lodge management with operational requirements
/p
/li

Requirements

Previous management experience in hospitality (preferably in a lodge environment)

p
Strong people-management & administrative skills
/p
/li
li
p
Natural host with a passion for service excellence
/p
/li
li
p
Knowledge of fine dining, wine lists & silver service is beneficial but
strong
not essential
/strong

p
Preference will be given to candidates from the local area
