Job Summary ? Food and Beverage Manager Wanted - Luxury Hotel (Graskop, Mpumalanga) ? R20 000 Gross | Live in Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a switched on and passionate Food and Beverage Manager for a stunning luxury property in Graskop. This role suits someone who loves elevating guest experiences and knows how to run a top tier F and B operation with confidence. What they are looking for: ? 3 to 5 years of experience managing a full F and B department in a four or five star hotel or lodge ? Strong understanding of cost control, profit margins and stock management ? Banqueting and conferencing experience ? Solid communication skills with excellent attention to detail ? Good computer literacy plus knowledge of POS, stock and PMS systems ? Ability to lead the team, train staff and maintain high service standards ? Valid RSA drivers licence A bit about the role: You will oversee the full Food and Beverage operation, ensure smooth daily service, manage budgets, maintain health and safety standards, control stock and equipment and keep the team motivated.
