Job Description


This position calls for a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined, nature-based setting.
Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily F&B operations across dining, bar, and events
  • Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to align service with culinary excellence
  • Monitor stock, control costs, and maintain inventory levels
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality regulations
  • Maintain supplier relationships and support procurement
Candidate Requirements:
  • 35 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Deep knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and premium bar operations
  • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
  • Solid administrative and stock management skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote, bush-based setting
This is a live-in position.
