Job Summary An exclusive safari lodge is looking for an experienced and service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining operations and deliver world-class culinary experiences to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing all F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and events. Leading; training, and motivating the service team to deliver 5-star standards. Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless food and beverage service. Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Hosting and interacting with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences. Requirements: 3+ years' F&B management experience (luxury lodge/hotel environment preferred). Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Excellent wine and beverage knowledge.
