Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all F&B operations including restaurant, bar, and events.

Leading, training, and motivating the service team to deliver 5-star standards.
/p

p
Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
/p
/li
li
p
Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
/p
/li
li
p
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
/p
/li
li
p
Hosting and interacting with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements:

3+ years' F&B management experience (luxury lodge/hotel environment preferred).
/p
/li
li
p
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
/p
/li
li
p
Excellent wine and beverage knowledge.
/p
/li
li
p
Passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction, and attention to detail.
/p
/li
/ul
