Job Summary Duties:
Taking and confirming reservations via phone, email, or online systems.
Providing information, answering questions, and addressing guest preferences for a memorable experience.
Liaising with F&B, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
processing cancellations, modifications and handling guest requests accurately.
Hosting guests
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
Previous roles in reservations or luxury / fine dining settings
At least 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
Language: Fluency in English is essential, with other languages being a bonus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work with booking systems.

Package on offer:
Basic Salary: AED3K / USD800.00 + commission & service charge
