Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will ensure smooth daily operations, staff scheduling, stock control, and guest service excellence. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you will help implement service standards, support training initiatives, and resolve guest queries in a professional and timely manner.

This role requires someone with strong operational knowledge , leadership ability, and a genuine passion for hospitality service.

Compensation:

2-3 years' supervisory experience in F&B, preferably in a hotel environment

Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Micros experience advantageous
