Job Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager will:
Finance & Administration
Be accountable for front & back of house food and beverage operations at the club house.
To ensure that Sales Targets are met.
Be responsible for stock, payments, and supplier payments.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and local government legislative requirements including but not limited to Liquor License, Health & Safety, Employment.
To ensure that all company policies are adhere too
Ensure that purchase requisitions are submitted timeously & orders are placed on time.
Ensure that par stock levels are maintained.
Ensure that food and beverage pricing is updated.
People Management & Leadership
Ensure consistency with regards to customer service by enforcing the F&B SOP manual.
Rostering of Staff
One on One coaching sessions with direct reports
Enforce discipline in the workplace
To oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Food & Beverage employees
Manage the staffs use of transport and company accommodation
Sales & Marketing
Together with the Director of Golf ensure the Clubs website and Social Media platforms are up to date with menus and promotions
Increase revenue from Sponsorship through developing relationships with new and existing partners.
Maximise all revenue opportunities.
Work with partners at the park to promote our club and food and beverage offerings.
Develop and Implement a Food Beverage focused, Sales & Marketing plan.
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or Hotel Management
Grade 12
Computer Literacy
At least 2 Years experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager
Experience or understanding of Golf Clubs
Other Requirement:
Driver's license required
Hospitality working hours operations including weekend & public holidays
Own vehicle / transport
Ability to commute/relocate to Kruger Park

Pay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per month
