We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to manage operations across two sites within the Business and Industry sector in KwaZulu-Natal. This role requires strong leadership, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to deliver exceptional catering and event services in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities Oversee food and beverage operations across two sites. Deliver high-quality service for daily operations and functions/events. Maintain robust financial controls, including budgeting, cost management, and reporting. Build and sustain relationships with diverse and demanding clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues effectively. Lead and develop teams to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with Tsebo standards for quality, safety, and hygiene.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in food and beverage or catering management. Strong events and functions management experience. Solid financial administration skills (budgeting, cost control, reporting). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
