We are hiring immediately!Benefits Include:Accommodation ProvidedMeals Included50% Contribution to Medical Aid50% Contribution to Provident FundFlights CoveredKey Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the lodge's food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and any event catering services.Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing any issues or special requests.Menu & Service Excellence: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that showcase quality ingredients and meet guest expectations.Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff, ensuring they are well-versed in service standards and consistently deliver exceptional hospitality.Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory and control food and beverage costs by implementing effective stock management and cost-control procedures.Administrative Duties: Handle tasks such as billing, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring all operations run smoothly.Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, upholding the luxury lodge's brand standards.Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments (e.g., kitchen, events, housekeeping) to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a food and beverage management role within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality establishment.Expertise: Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, service standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: R18 000,00 - R20 000,00 per monthExperience:food and beverage management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
