Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and events
  • Manage, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service and cuisine
  • Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
  • Plan and implement menus with Executive Chef
  • Control stock levels, procurement, and cost management
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of F&B management experience, in a luxury lodge or boutique hotel
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and bar service standards
  • Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a bush environment
  • Proficient in stock control and POS systems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
