Food And Beverage Assistant

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team in a Food and Beverage environment. The role includes a combination of kitchen assistance, waitron (waiter/waitress) service, and stock control duties. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and maintain high hygiene and customer service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric certificate (National Senior Certificate) -
required
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment -advantageous
Ability to speak, read, and write English Good communication and customer service skills Physically fit and able to stand for long periods Honest, reliable, and punctual Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP) -beneficial
