Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Food & Beverage Manager and team
Manage daily admin tasks, records, and follow-ups
Handle guest, client, and internal communication professionally
Prepare and distribute menus, function sheets, and event documentation
Maintain accurate guest and menu information on Opera and Dineplan
Compile weekly F&B forecasts and maintain departmental trackers
Monitor payments and escalate discrepancies appropriately
Update staff attendance records daily
Support service flow during peak periods when required
Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (hospitality qualification advantageous)
Minimum 1 year administration experience in a hotel or F&B environment
Computer literate (MS Office)
Exposure to Opera and Dineplan, or ability to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Professional, discreet, and calm under pressure
