1-year Follow up/Customer Service Call Centre (outbound) experience in a Call Centre environment.
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
Fluent in English, and to speak/understand 2 to 3 additional South African languages would be advantageous
Computer Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and good typing skills
Good organizational and effective communication skills
Good listening, writing and interpersonal skills are essential
Work under pressure and in a deadline orientated environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Customer service orientated
Duties
Follow-up on active Bad Debt account customers
Provide professional services to branches by assisting in setting up Debit order appointments.
Capturing of all PTP or payment arrangement information on system, timeous follow up.
Detailed action on failed debit orders
Communicating with branches on a regular basis by setting up personal calls
Liaising with Customer Care Call Centre and field staff
