Job Description

Kream Restaurant is seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional customer service in a vibrant and innovative dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations for efficient service delivery Lead, train, and motivate floor staff to uphold high service standards Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints Oversee reservations, table assignments, and seating to optimize capacity and flow Manage inventory of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service Assist with cash handling, daily reporting, and operational documentation Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and foster a positive team environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Customer-focused with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally and diplomatically Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
