Duties:
Guest relations and hosting
General back-office assistance such as invoicing (PAN Hospitality System), bar books, welcome letters, goodnight notes, menus etc
Hosting of breakfast, lunch and dinner
Room checks
Guest check in and check out on a rotational basis.
Kids activities
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal hospitality / game lodge management qualification
At least 2+ years experience in a luxury lodge environment
Strong Hosting Skills
All-rounder knowledge of all departments will be advantageous
PAN Hospitality experience
Computer Knowledge MS Office
Basic HR Knowledge
Strong Admin Skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
